The musicians of our great orchestra spend a lifetime refining their skills to bring great art to a great community. Throughout history, artists of all genres have had a mutually beneficial relationship with those that understood the need for fine art. Today, the same relationships are formed.

Your Need:

  1. More potential customers to view your business in a positive light.
  2. A feel good way to support your community and great art.
  3. Another tax deduction!

Our Need:

To have a community that sees the intrinsic value of music and arts. As the National Endowment for the Arts says, "We believe that a great nation deserves great music." We believe that our great Utah Valley deserves great music.

But to do that, the fantastic musicians hiding in our midst will come when offered pay. We need sponsors to help us reach these fantastic musicians.


Listing in order of need:

  1. Conductor/Musical Director - Dr. Bryce Rytting truly needs to be paid what he is worth. He is really worth more than his weight in gold!
  2. Principal Chairs - This will allow our fantastic Principal players who have Doctorate, Masters and Bachelors degrees in Music Performance to receive compensation for their monumental efforts.
  3. Section Musicians - Eventually we would like for our whole orchestra to receive pay for each service in which they participate. This would especially allow those who have to pay babysitters to come to rehearsals and concerts to be reimbursed for their dedication!

66-70 players depending on orchestration. This is for full pieces:

Flute - 2 (incl. Piccolo)
Clarinet - 2 (incl. Bass Cl.)
Bassoon - 1
French Horn - 3

Percussion - 4
Piano - 1

You will receive 6 locations for your sponsorship.

In the season playbill your name (or business):
  1. Full page, glossy color ad
  2. Personnel listing below the name of the principal (or conductor)
    example:
    Clarinet
      Jane Doe, principal
        This chair sponsored by Main Street Company
  3. Concert insert 1/4 page promo (in black and white). Use for promo code or coupon.
Links from our website:
  1. Personnel page under your sponsored chair
  2. New sponsors page, with your logo linked to your website.
Our email news blast:
(Sent 2-3 times prior to concert)
  1. inclusion on the bottom of each email saying, "This fine music is brought to you by ____, ____, etc"

Additionally, TWO comp tickets per concert cycle. Can use for self, customers or vendors.
